To make any exchange please contact us HERE  indicating your order number and we will guide you how to continue with the change of your garment if it is a change of size.

If you want to exchange to other garment first you would have to make a return of the one you have and make a new order with the item and size you want.

Philomena Intimates will cover the cost of shipping in case of exchange.

You will have to return the garment in the same conditions you received it, the refund will be made through the same payment method used to place the order once we have received the parcel.

The cost of return shipment will be borne by the customer, we kindly suggest that the shipment is with Tracking Number, to have control of your parcel. If parcels get lost during transport without having a track and trace code Philomena Intimates is not responsible for a reimbursement.
